Methods for adjusting the speed
- The built-in potentiometer of the motor controller is used to adjust the motor speed.
- An externally connected potentiometer, external 0~5V analog voltage input, and external 0~10V analog voltage input both can control the speed.
- External pulse frequency input for motor speed adjustment: pulse frequency: 0K-3KHZ, pulse amplitude: 5V, pulse duty ratio: 50%.
Note for wiring: pay attention to the wiring sequence of the 3 phase UVW of the motor and the UVW of the Hall signal line and the wiring sequence of the power line.
Tips: How to choose the right BLDC motor controller?
- Choose the controller that matches the type of motor.
- Before selecting a brushless DC motor controller, observe first if the motor power marked is the rated power or maximum power. If it's the rated power, the matched motor controllers can be selected according to 2-3 times rated power.
- Match motor parameters. Taking the high torque BLDC motor as an example, it doesn't need to match special parameters for the square wave controller no matter whether it has Hall or no Hall.
- If you purchased a 48V BLDC motor, a matching 48V brushless motor controller is recommended.
